1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All states within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak
  • Selected international destinations (subject to shipping partner availability; please contact us in advance to confirm if we ship to your country)

2. Processing Time

  • All items are made to order and may require up to 3–5 business days for customisation and quality checks before dispatch.
  • During peak seasons, processing time may extend slightly, but we will notify you of any delays.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery times may vary depending on courier efficiency, customs delays (for international), and external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Typical rates are:

  • West Malaysia: RM7–RM10
  • East Malaysia: RM12–RM18
  • International: Calculated based on destination and courier option selected

Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping, which will be stated on the product or promotion page.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s status.


6. Packaging

Each product is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. For gifting purposes, you may request additional packaging or custom notes during checkout.


7. Delays or Lost Packages

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Papyrus Lane is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen disruptions.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at papyrus.lane@outlook.com with your order number, and we will assist you in liaising with the courier.


8. Incomplete or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Papyrus Lane will not be responsible for delivery failures or lost items due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


9. Self Pick-Up (By Appointment Only)

We currently offer self pick-up at our Shah Alam office on a case-by-case basis. To arrange this, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp before placing your order.
