Can I customize every item in a stationery set?

Yes, absolutely! All items under Papyrus Lane are made to be customizable—from your name on notebooks to headings on cards and even text and photo options on calendars. After selecting your desired product, you’ll be able to enter your custom text or upload any specific content (like logos or photos) during the order process. If you have a specific vision in mind, feel free to contact us for additional customization requests.

What kind of paper and printing do you use?

We use only premium-quality 100% cotton paper for all our cards and calendars, known for its soft texture and high durability. Our notebooks and planners are also printed on high-GSM, acid-free paper that resists bleed-through and enhances writing smoothness. All printing is done using professional-grade digital printers to ensure sharpness, color accuracy, and a refined finish.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each Papyrus Lane product is made to order, with customization carefully applied by our in-house team. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, followed by delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. For urgent orders or special requests, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you accept returns or refunds on customized items?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or there’s a production error on our part. Please double-check all customization details before confirming your order. However, if there’s any issue, do reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll be happy to make it right.
